Booking & Payment
Minimum Stay
All bookings require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Additional Fees
- Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay
- Pet Fee: $35 per stay (where pets are allowed)
- Lodging Tax: 10%
Discounts
- Weekly Discount: 10% off
- Monthly Discount: 20% off
- Last-Minute Booking (within 24 hours): 15% off
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Late checkout requests require advance approval and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation & Refunds
Full Refund Eligible
Cancellations 7+ days before arrival are eligible for a full refund
Refund Not Guaranteed
Cancellations within 7 days are not guaranteed a refund unless special circumstances are approved
No Refunds
No refunds are given for early departures or unused nights

Guest Responsibilities
All guests are expected to:

- •Avoid excessive noise, parties, and illegal activity
- •Report damages immediately
- •Return the home in original condition
Violations of these responsibilities may result in additional charges or removal from the property without refund.
Occupancy & Pets
Occupancy Limits
Properties have specific occupancy limits; exceeding limits without approval voids booking
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in designated properties only with prior approval. A pet fee of $35 per stay applies.
